About Emma

Resident of the City of Deltona for over 30 years, raised three children and cherishes her six grandchildren.

Retired City of Deltona employee with 24 years of experience working in various city departments, including Deltona Fire, Finance and Public Works.

Small business owner/operator - Cruise Planners Travel Agency.

Longtime civic engagement, including Rotary of Deltona, Debary & Orange City, local Chamber of Commerce, Annual Back to School Fair and contributing to many community events.

Transparency and Accountability: Promote transparency in decision-making processes, ensuring residents are informed and engaged

Economic Development: Work to bring responsible business opportunities for our city so our residents can work where we live.

Infrastructure Improvement: Prioritize addressing critical needs, particularly in managing flooding issues, our road network, public parks, and utilities to promote the safe environment to grow and enjoy our city.

Serving our Youth: investing in programs and recreational needs that give our children and grandchildren the safe environment to grow and enjoy our city

Protecting our Natural Beauty: support initiative to protect our local environment and make Deltona a clean, welcoming place in which we can all be proud

Emphasis on Public Safety: work directly with our men and women who risk their lives to keep our community safe by supporting our firefighters and deputies.
